Sabin comes directly from heading Kent County CASA as its Executive Director for the last six years, creating what is now the Gold Standard for local CASA programs in Michigan. Michigan CASA Board President Daniel Babin stated, "Patty's proven, passionate leadership will allow us to reach more of the abused and neglected children in our state, both through the further development of existing programs and the start-up of new county programs." Sabin has been leading Michigan CASA since July 2015, when the new Michigan CASA office was established in the Grand Rapids area.

Director of Training & Communications
Rachel Williams joined Michigan CASA in February of 2017. Rachel graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Public Policy Analysis and Global Health and Epidemiology. She comes to Michigan CASA with a vast amount of non-profit experience, previously working with Refugee Resettlement and Migrant populations. She works to develop and train facilitators around the CASA network with new volunteer curriculum released in June. She is responsible for managing and directing the organization's internal and external communications. She delivers key communication through the development of Michigan CASA's website, and data and statistics. Williams serves as the spokesperson and media contact for Michigan CASA.
