We collect online donations through Pay Pal, Give Lively and Stripe unless otherwise clearly noted on the Site (for example, during a promotional donation event). Your Personal Information is collected on PayPal, Give Lively, Stripe or any other donation website we use. Please refer to the respective websites for information regarding their use of your Personal Information.

Personal Information gathered when an online donation is made may be relayed back to us. This can include, but is not limited to, name, home address, email address, phone number, payment amount, type of payment, donation history, and any messages the donor attaches to their donation. We use this information to update our donation records, which are stored on our secured databases. We do NOT share or sell this information with the general public or any entity outside of Michigan CASA.

We may disclose your personal data to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request when disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Michigan CASA.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data

You may access and correct your data by emailing information@michigancasa.org to request access to, correct, or delete any personal data that you have provided. We may choose not to accommodate a request to change or delete data if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the data to be incorrect.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
